We’re three weeks into the Essentials of Filmmaking workshop series, and something special is happening here at Cascadia Media Lab. Each session has been building not just skills, but a genuine creative community — one that’s curious, supportive, and already pushing each other to make better work.

Cascadia Media Lab exists to expand access to film education, mentorship, and creative workforce development in the Pacific Northwest.
